Before founding the Hennessy Company in 2002, David worked in a variety of capacities managing Real Estate Development and Construction Projects totaling over $250 million dollars in the Sun Valley and New York City areas. David’s project experience ranges from high end residential to recreational facilities to medical and institutional facilities.
